Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
Sessions missed without prior notice will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable. That said, genuine emergencies are understood — please reach out if something unexpected occurs, and discretion will be used when reviewing the situation.
